July Improvement

I am very pleased to announce that Wayne Lyons has joined our group to help me with both listings and sales.  A 5^th generation Fenwick Islander, Wayne has been a consistent top performer at Long and Foster over the past 15 years with over $100 million and 500 homes sold.

For the first time in several months, July’s new single family contracts (12) exceeded the year before, if only by one.  Condo/Townhome contracts were much stronger in July, with 13 instead of 7.

People sometimes ask me whether I sell or list mostly large properties.  Not the case.  Over the past 3 1/2 years, I have had 49 transactions under $400,000 and another 45 under $600,000.
