DELDOT has serious problems with the new Indian River Inlet Bridge. Apparently the recently completed roadway approach is not settling properly and at the current rate would require seven more years before construction could begin. Much too late! The problems will require re-design, and $150 million. $10 million down the drain! Amazing!

Thirteen homes went under contract in October, about the same as last year. What is interesting is that only three were over $1 million. Last year six out of twelve exceeded that level. Price remains the driver. Still, the market seems to have stabilized.

We had a freeze warning last night……a gentle reminder that if you are going to winterize your home, now is a good time to get it done.
