Chris Housman

A Maryland native with deep roots along the Delaware beaches, Chris always knew he would one day call Bethany home. After earning his degree in Communications from Towson University, he began his career in customer service with MCI in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Before long, his love of travel led him to American Airlines, where he enjoyed a distinguished 25-year career as a Flight Attendant, logging more than 15 million miles around the world.

In 2016, Chris fulfilled his lifelong goal of becoming a full-time resident of South Bethany. When the pandemic disrupted the airline industry, he saw an opportunity to pursue another long-held passion—real estate. After completing his coursework and earning his license, Chris officially retired from aviation and joined the Leslie Kopp Group full-time in 2020.

Since then, Chris has quickly established himself as a trusted advisor to both buyers and sellers. His commitment to exceptional service and his genuine enthusiasm for helping others find their place at the beach have fueled his success. In just his first five years, Chris has represented more than 120 clients, achieving over $80 million in sales volume.

As both a local homeowner and Realtor, Chris takes pride in sharing his extensive knowledge of the area and the lifestyle that makes the Delaware beaches so special. When he’s not helping clients, you can find him enjoying time on the sand or out on the water with his dog, Summer, by his side.
