Lauren Griffith

Lauren Griffith joined our team in 2025, making her the newest addition to The Leslie Kopp Group.  With a background in property management, strong organizational abilities, and excellent computer skills, her position as a transaction coordinator has been the perfect fit.  Lauren has excelled in this position while simultaneously working to obtain her Real Estate License.

She was born in Maryland and raised in Southern Delaware from a young age, where she has built strong roots in the community.  She currently resides in Ocean View and is a mom of two. Lauren loves spending time on the shore and enjoying the outdoors, especially when she can share those moments with her children and close family.
