Mary McAllister joined our team as a Delaware-based real estate professional after more than 15 years of high-level experience in purchasing, logistics, and operations management at Taylor Technologies and UPS. Her extensive background in contract negotiation, complex transactions, and relationship management gives her clients a distinct advantage in today’s real estate market.

Mary’s career has been built on organization and strong advocacy — skills she now leverages to guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process. A Baltimore native, Mary grew up vacationing along our coast and made the move to coastal Delaware to raise her family.  Mary and her husband, Ryan are the proud parents of two energetic boys.   Deeply connected to the community she calls home, she is passionate about helping others find their place here as well.
