Following 10 years in commercial real estate in Southern California, Wayne Lyons, a 5th generation Fenwick Islander, has been selling in our beach market for nearly 30 years. He joined The Leslie Kopp Group in 2011 after having been in the same office and a consistent top producer with Long and Foster in Bethany Beach for 15 years. Since 1996, Wayne has sold more than 850 homes and his total volume in sales for buyers and sellers exceeds $500 million.. Wayne’s experience and knowledge of the Bethany-Fenwick area has been a huge asset to the group.

Wayne always looks forward to spending time with his son Matthew who is currently studying at the University of Delaware and his daughter Macy who is serving as a Missionary in Africa. He LOVES the sand and surf and in addition to real estate, he has a huge passion for photography, especially capturing the natural beauty of our beaches and bays.
