Despina Kaneles

Despina both lives and works in the community she loves, Sea Colony!  Her bright real estate career at the beach started in the late 1980’s with new construction sales at Kings Grant in Fenwick Island.  Shortly thereafter, in 1990, she was recruited by Sea Colony’s developer, Carl Freeman, to sell oceanfront re-sales and subsequently, she moved on to selling new construction in Sea Colony West.

Despina’s meaningful work has been highlighted by the hundreds of incredible families that she has had the good fortunate to represent and many have returned for her guidance and expertise with a resale or second purchase. She has also owned at Bethany Proper Townhomes, Bayside at Bethany Lakes and she lived with her husband at Kings Grant in Fenwick Island where she sold during new construction.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Despina is a supporter of children and animal charities, as well as health organizations. Despina believes in giving to others and sharing in the good fortune she has received.  She joined The Leslie Kopp Group in August of 2012. Despina appreciates not only the dedicated marketing and analytical research for her clients, but also the office support system which makes Leslie Kopp’s customer service reputation second-to-none.
