Bayview Park

Located on the edge of Little Assawoman Bay, Bayview Park is a quaint community in Bethany Beach comprised of single family home that borders protected land on each side. Most properties are canal or bayfront with plenty of water access for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and boating. Due to the location, the private community of Bayview Park is often mistaken to be part of South Bethany, but is not in the incorporated town limits, making for less height restrictions.
