Situated on the edge of Little Assawoman Bay, Bayview Park is a small Bethany Beach community of single family homes that borders protected lands on either side. Most properties are canal or bayfront with plenty of water access for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and boating. Because of the location, the private community of Bayview Park is often mistaken to be part of South Bethany. This area is not in the incorporated town limits and therefore, the height restriction is less restrictive.
