2025 Bear Trap Dunes Real Estate Market Recap

 

As we reflect on 2025, you might recall that throughout most of the year, real estate sales in Bear Trap held firm. Limited inventory kept values high, even as there was some buyer hesitation early in the year amid political uncertainty. Looking ahead, we are optimistic about the beach markets in the year to come! In 2025, properties in Bear Trap that were listed with our group went under contract significantly faster, on average (4 days vs. 38) and our and our sellers achieved an average sale-to-list price of 98%.
