2014 Real Estate Activity in North Bethany
A new year is upon us and a look at 2014 real estate activity for North Bethany Beach shows us that while total sales were relatively flat, there were some signs of a strengthening single-family home market, particularly east of Route 1.
The median price of homes sold in North Bethany rose 97% in 2014 as compared with the previous year. A rise in demand for properties east of Route 1 drove this increase, resulting in 92% growth in the number of homes that sold for $1 million or more in 2014 versus 2013.
The Leslie Kopp Group was involved in 55% of all single-family home sales in North Bethany last year and 61% of transactions over $1 million, representing the buyer, seller, or both parties. On average, single family homes listed with us went under contract approximately three months quicker than the market as a whole.
