Ocean View Market Remains Balanced Heading into Summer

The summer season is underway, and we’ve enjoyed seeing so many homeowners and visitors return to the area over the past few weeks!

While overall sales volume is down 11% compared to last year, the Ocean View real estate market remains steady. Single-family home sales are down just 6%, inventory levels are essentially unchanged from a year ago, and sales of properties priced above $1 million have increased 33%. Median single-family home prices have remained stable, reflecting continued buyer demand.

Sea Colony Market Remains Firm Amid Limited Inventory

The summer season is underway, and we’ve enjoyed seeing so many homeowners and visitors return to the area over the past few weeks!

While the number of properties sold is down slightly compared to this time last year, the Sea Colony real estate market continues to benefit from limited inventory. Active listings are down 37% from a year ago, with just 12 properties currently on the market. Sea Colony West has been particularly active, with sales increasing 63% compared to last year.
