Happy New Year!  As we reflect on 2025, you might recall that throughout most of the year, real estate sales in Bear Trap held firm. Limited inventory kept values high, even as there was some buyer hesitation early in the year amid political uncertainty.

In 2025, properties in Bear Trap that were listed with our group went under contract significantly faster, on average (4 days vs. 38) and our and our sellers achieved an average sale-to-list price of 98%. We are grateful for your continued confidence and trust, and we wish you good health and much happiness in 2026!
