September is our absolute favorite time of year at the beach. We hope you are able to visit this month to enjoy beautiful weather, warm ocean breezes, and a quieter pace.
Ocean View property sales have increased 10% year over year, while sales volume rose an impressive 15%. At the same time, inventory declined 15%, creating a favorable environment. While homes are taking 7 days longer to sell, strong sales activity and limited inventory are encouraging signs.
