As another busy summer season winds down, many Bear Trap buyers and sellers are beginning to think about what's next. Buyer demand in Bear Trap remains healthy, with sales up 10% and overall sales volume increasing by 8% compared to last year. As inventory has grown, the market has become more balanced, giving buyers additional options and resulting in longer marketing times for some properties. Even so, well-priced homes continue to attract attention, making strategic pricing and presentation more important than ever.
