September is our absolute favorite time of year at the beach. We hope you are able to visit this month to enjoy beautiful weather, warm ocean breezes, and a quieter pace.
While property sales have decreased 11% year over year, sales volume and inventory remained consistent with last year. Homes are also moving slightly faster, with median days on market improving by 3 days. Although fewer properties have sold, steady sales volume suggests that overall market values remain strong.
