We are so excited for the upcoming celebration of July 4th at the beach and have compiled a list of firework schedules and events that are sure please! Check out the information below ranging from Lewes to Ocean City.
Bethany Beach Independence Day Celebration: Bethany Beach's biggest party of the year is almost here, complete with a parade through downtown and a Rick K concert at the Bandstand! Fireworks will take place after the concert (depending on beach conditions), at approximately 9:30. If you're interested in participating in the parade with a float for a chance to win prizes, click here, or register at the tent on Central Blvd between 9am-11am on parade day (July 4th). For the full schedule of events, see below!

Ocean City's Firework Events: Celebrate with a free music event on the Caroline Street Stage from 8:00 to 9:30 PM, featuring tunes by DJ Kutt! After the music wraps up, enjoy a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the sky over the ocean. Don’t forget to bring a beach chair or blanket—and be sure to arrive early for the best spot!

Parking:
The Inlet Lot will have a flat rate for the day. Consider taking the bus as parking is limited throughout town. Bus fare is $4 ride all-day. The West OC Park & Ride on Rt. 50 is just west of the Rt. 50 Bridge & offers free parking & $4 ride-all-day shuttle service to downtown. (Prices subject to change.)
Dewey Beach Fireworks: Fireworks will once again dazzle the skies over Dewey Beach on July 4, with the show set to begin around dusk—approximately 9:30 PM. The display will launch from a barge in the bay in front of Northbeach at 125 McKinley Street, just two blocks from the Rusty Rudder, and can be enjoyed from locations throughout town. For more information, call 302-227-3888.
Red, White & "Ooh" in Rehoboth: Rehoboth Beach is ready to light up the sky for the 2025 Independence Day celebration with a spectacular fireworks show set to begin around 9:30 PM on Saturday, July 5. Visible from the entire mile-long stretch of beach and boardwalk, the display promises a memorable night for all. The festivities kick off at 8 PM with a live concert by The Funsters at the bandstand—who will return to the stage for more music after the fireworks finale.
