The Bethany-Fenwick market continues to trend in a positive direction, particularly for single-family homes. In October, 20 single-family homes sold, up from 10 during the same period last year. The average price of single-family homes sold is up from $678,023 in October of 2013 to $936,375 in October of 2014. Year-to-date the number of homes sold is up 18 % over last year and sales volume in dollars is up 55%.
As this graph indicates, the number of days a home was on the market before going under contract this year has averaged 192 days. This is relatively flat to the same time period last year and is down from 286 days in 2012, indicating that the market has strengthened.

Additionally, our sellers received a 3.5% greater list-to-sale price than the rest of the Bethany-Fenwick single-family market.
