September is our absolute favorite time of year at the beach. We hope you are able to visit this month to enjoy beautiful weather, warm ocean breezes, and a quieter pace.
While property sales have decreased 21% and sales volume has declined 35% year over year, inventory also fell 11%, creating favorable conditions for sellers with limited competition. Most importantly, properties are moving significantly faster, with median days on market improving by an impressive 28 days—an encouraging sign of continued buyer interest when properties are priced appropriately.
