Q3 Strong as Sales Remain Firm in Bethany Beach
After a slower start to the year, the real estate market at the beach picked up nicely in the second quarter of 2019 and activity continued to be very strong through the 3rd quarter.
September was the fourth month in a row that new contracts out-paced the same time last year in Bethany Beach (33 properties went under contract vs. 23 in 2018). As the chart illustrates, key market statistics through September are all trending in a positive direction. Prices continue to rise as inventory remains low when compared to recent years.
