September is our absolute favorite time of year at the beach. We hope you are able to visit this month to enjoy beautiful weather, warm ocean breezes, and a quieter pace.
While property sales have decreased 17% year over year in South Bethany, sales volume decreased less and inventory remained limited. Homes are also going under contract slower, with 3 weeks being the median versus 1 week at this time last year. Overall, the market remains firm, but sellers have to be strategic to maximize their sales price.
