September is our absolute favorite time of year at the beach. We hope you are able to visit this month to enjoy beautiful weather, warm ocean breezes, and a quieter pace.
While property sales have decreased 38% year over year in North Bethany, sales volume decreased much less, at 13% and inventory remains consistent with the last 2 years. Homes are moving slightly faster, with median days on market improving by 3 days. Although fewer properties have sold, steady sales volume supports that overall market conditions and values remain extremely strong in North Bethany.
