Christi Arndt

Christi joined The Leslie Kopp Group in 2014, bringing with her a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and management. Before joining the team, she spent over a decade with the Carl M. Freeman Companies, where she honed her expertise in premier coastal communities and the art of delivering exceptional client experiences.

Driven by a passion for continual growth, Christi earned her MBA and taught business and economics at Wor-Wic Community College—all while managing a full-time career. Since joining The Leslie Kopp Group, she has led the implementation of innovative marketing and information systems that enhanced client results and elevated the group’s performance across every facet of the business.

With family roots in Fenwick Island that span five generations, Christi has a deep appreciation for the Delaware coast’s timeless charm. She embodies the area’s refined yet relaxed coastal lifestyle, finding balance between her professional achievements and quality family time. When she’s not helping clients or mentoring the group, she enjoys being on the water, boating with her husband, Mike, and spending sun-filled days on the beach with their twins, family, and friends.
