The summer season is underway, and we’ve enjoyed seeing so many homeowners and visitors return to the area over the past few weeks!
While the number of properties sold is down 26% and overall sales volume is down 9% compared to last year, the Bethany-Fenwick real estate market is showing signs of strength. Additionally, inventory remains limited, with just 65 active listings currently on the market. This activity has proven to be a great time to list or purchase a property.
Homes are taking slightly longer to go under contract than they were a year ago, but with the summer season upon us, it is an excellent time for sellers to take advantage of the market as a buyer or seller. Please give us a call if you have any questions.
