As another busy summer season winds down, many South Bethany buyers and sellers are beginning to think about what's next. South Bethany continues to perform exceptionally well. Although the average time to secure a contract has increased compared to last year, the market remains highly competitive. Sales are up 7%, overall sales volume has increased by 17%, average sale prices have risen by 12%, and sales of $2 million-plus homes have doubled. With only seven homes currently available, inventory remains limited, creating favorable conditions for homeowners considering a sale.
